CMS How To - Signing up for eRx Portal to manage your pharmacy

1. Go to eRx Portal.
2. Select Register your pharmacy.
   
3. Enter your information to start registration.
   
4. Check your email inbox and confirm your email address.

Once registered, you can log in to your account and register your pharmacy for eRx, or claim an existing pharmacy.
