Clearing your browser's cache and cookies involves slightly different steps depending on which browser you use. See the instructions below for common browsers.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots (More) in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Choose a time range (e.g., "All time").
- Click Clear data.
- Restart Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Select Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
- Restart Firefox.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click the three dots (More) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Choose a time range.
- Click Clear now.
- Restart Edge.
Safari (macOS)
- Open Safari.
- Go to Safari > Settings.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
- Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
- Restart Safari.
Safari (iOS)
- Go to Settings, then under Apps, select Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
Opera
- Open Opera.
- Click the Opera icon in the top-left corner.
- Go to History > Clear browsing data.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Choose a time range.
- Click Clear data.
- Quit and restart Opera.
