Use the "SIGN IN" button within the Help Centre header. You will be prompted to enter your Email and Password. The email address being used will have been agreed with you upon initial setup and configuration by us.
"Switch to agent sign-in" applies to eRx help team members only.
When logged into the Help Centre your username and "MY TICKETS" will be displayed within the Help Centre header.
