Combining the two MySL consent messages into one
The current process for creating a MySL Active Script List requires two consent requests, sent to the patient by SMS or email. The patient responds to the first request, then receives a second request asking for consent to add any previous active scripts.
The National Prescription Delivery Service (NPDS), working with the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and the Australian Digital Health Agency, will combine these two consent requests into a single message. Once the patient consents, their MySL record will be created, and any current active scripts will be added.
